Refund Policy – Hacienda Carey

At Hacienda Carey, we strive to provide exceptional horseback riding experiences. We understand that plans may change, so we’ve outlined our refund policy below for clarity and fairness:

  • Guest Cancellations:
    Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund.
    Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled activity may not be eligible for a refund. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Company Cancellations:
    If Hacienda Carey must cancel a ride due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided. Guests may also choose to reschedule instead, based on availability.

  • No-Shows:
    Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled ride without any prior notice (no call / no show) are not eligible for a refund.
